More good news...If you are a client that has paid in full for any WMP programs over the last twelve months dating back to October 2007, we will apply that payment to the twenty-five percent down if you apply for and are approved for a student loan. If you are paid in full, you will be allowed to deduct that amount from the total tuition.
This certification program requires a signed contract from you, promising that you will ask yourself the hard questions, be brutally honest, and embrace the possibility of changing your life for the better by discarding those habits which do not serve you. First, Let's Take a Look at the Curriculum Requirements One More Time:
To meet the requirement for graduation from JLW University Accredited What’s My Purpose Life Mastery Coach Training Program and apply for the What’s My Purpose Certified Professional Coach Credential offered by JLW University (JLW), 216 hours of content and business training must be successfully completed. Those requirements are as follows:
Complete the 84 hours of continuous foundation training over a straight seven-day period; and
Document 150 hours of coaching (with at least 25 clients within six (6) months of commencing the program and no more than 15% pro bono); and
Complete the foundational competency of 24 hours; (twelve (12) 2-hour sessions per month conducted and facilitated by a WMP-Certified Coach via telecasts.
Advanced skills and coaching (44 hours); (Three (3) Eight (8) hour live face-to-face sessions and one (1) 20-hour session over two days conducted and facilitated by a WMP-Certified Coach. The three 8-hour live classes will be conducted live at the end of each quarter of the calendar year during the one-year training year with a two-day, 20-hour session at the end of the training year.
Ethics class (12 hours)
52 hours of advanced level skills training from our various offerings.
Eight (8) observed coaching sessions: Three (3) of these sessions are completed in the Foundational Competency. Five (5) additional sessions will be completed by the end of your training year
An essay containing two sections: a reflective essay and a case study.
An additional 150 hours of client coaching (300 hours and 50 individual clients cumulative).
The Final (at the end of the one-year program) Written and Oral Examination. Pass the written examination at 90% or above; The oral is a coaching demonstration with two WMP-Certified Coaches, one who is coached by you and the other an observer. Both will assess your coaching, and you must pass to obtain your certification.

Once you have completed all of the above, the educational and testing requirements of our What’s My Purpose Professional Life Mastery Certified Coach Training Program will have been met. At this point, you may apply directly to JLW University for your What’s My Purpose Professional Life Mastery Certified Coach Credential at the end of the one year.
As you know, I support the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and have aligned our basic coaching skills to their core competence so you can then apply for their international certification. You then will end up with three (3) certifications: (1) The WMP Professional Life Mastery Certified Coach Credential, (2) DISC Certification, and (3) ICF Certification and a thriving business.
